The Martin Motorsports team is headed north to Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track to race with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour! Bad luck has seem to follow the team for the start of 2016.
"We are hoping to shake off this bad luck soon. We were like 6th high point out of 40 at Devils Bowl and the shutoff on the filter vibrated shut. We were in real good shape to start in the front and this put us in the B. We luckily were still able to rebound with 11th place after starting 20th. At Cotton Bowl we got spun in the heat putting us behind the eight ball and at Bronco we passed a bunch of fast cars in the heat before the front torsion stop broke in half. It had like 6 nights on it! The team puts a lot of effort on maintenance and preparation and it just isn't showing. I guess it can't always go smooth. "
Caleb will be taking on the ASCS Red River Region and National Tour May 13th and 14th at TMS. He is looking to turn the season around in the Omron Oilfield Maxim Chassis, sponsored by Stran Technologies!
